On Wednesday 23 May 2012 at 11:00am come and join us for National Simultaneous Storytime. Campbelltown City Library will joining organisations Australia wide, reading the picture book The Very Cranky Bear to more than 170,000 children across Australia.
The Very Cranky Bear is written by Nick Bland. It is a wonderful Australian book about friendship, sacrifice and learning that appearances aren't important. Four friends who encounter a cranky bear, Moose, Lion and Zebra all think they know how to cheer him up. But it is plain, boring Sheep who has the answer.
In the Jingle Jangle Jungle on a wet and windy day, four little friends meet A VERY CRANKY BEAR. Can they cheer him up? Come and join us and find out!
